FAMILY ADVENT PARTY
This family-friendly event will be focused on ages 0-10, but all are welcomed. It will be downstairs in the multi-purpose room and chapel. We will have a variety of interactive stations that focus on our Advent theme "Light of the World." From glow sticks, to fire pits, sparklers to star-shaped cookies, families can participate in activities and build their own shadow-box puppet stage.
You will leave this event with a prepared shadow box for shadow puppet shows, perfect for the upcoming Advent season to retell the nativity story at home each week. Some food and drinks will also be provided. Donations will be accepted for our solar light project for the churches in the Philippines that our church supports through Love Beyond Borders. Invite your friends and neighbours to this great event!

LIGHT OF THE WORLD —
An evening of Christmas music & worship
Please join us for Light of the World : An Evening of Christmas Music & Worship at Gateway. We will enjoy music and readings that tell the Christmas story and express the significance of Jesus' coming to earth.
Featuring the Gateway Choir & Orchestra, children, youth participants, and many more! This evening presentation is sure to be a memorable experience and an engaging celebration of the season.

You are invited to celebrate Christ's arrival with our church family, as well as each other Sunday morning during advent! (Every Sunday morning at 10.00am, we gather!)

new Years Skate
Join our church family for a morning skate at Matsqui Rec Center. Skate rentals will be $3.70each, and helmets $2.50each. We'll start the time in free skating, and then if we get enough interest, we'll put together a little hockey game.
