Description

The Gateway Director/Pastor of Youth Ministries is a person who will be responsible to lead our youth programs, Edge and Summit, as well as give leadership to our Young Adults programs. The ideal candidate for a position at Gateway is a dedicated Christ-follower who loves the local church, and working in a team environment. 

Compensation

Salary: Ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience. 

Additional Benefits: Car allowance, phone allowance, Medical/Dental/RRSP contributions, and continuing education
